CDW SMARTtracker is a web-based platform providing customers visibility of all their Cisco assets and contracts. The CDW ServiceNow SMARTtracker Service Graph Connector (SGC) integrates SMARTtracker data with the ServiceNOW AMDB and CMDB. This ensures configuration item, asset, contract, and site information is current, complete, and compliant.

For many customers, Cisco hardware assets account for large percentages of their infrastructures. Having current, complete, and compliant data is paramount to ensure thorough end-to-end asset lifecycle management as well as manage asset risk and compliance. CDW's SMARTtracker solutions address this challenge by providing a means of synchronizing and integrating Cisco asset data (sourced from Cisco and CDW SMARTtracker) with a customer's ServiceNow AMDB and CMDB to provide a single source of truth and to automate internal processes and procedures. Customers can also choose to integrate non-Cisco assets that they've purchased through CDW.
