Knowledge articles can be submitted in the contributor’s native language and shared with end-users who can consume this in their preferred language at the click of a button. Formatting is carried through, so your translated document will look and feel exactly the same as the original article. Knowledge articles translation enables the localization of any knowledge article, in any langauge provided by the external translation services.

Platform Translation

All modules and applications across your platform, including custom apps, can easily be translated into any language supported by your translation API provider, saving time and cost on individual translation projects. Our platform module enables the localization and translation of any table, record, UI message and creates a re-usable translation dictionary that can be re-used preventing redundant translation costs.

Notification Translation

Administrators can easily send notifications based on users’ language preference or in a fixed language. Our notification module provides both an automatic translation feature or a user prefference driven multilingual notification setup.

Multiple Connectors and compatibility

The Translator Bot provides out-of-the-box API connection to Google Translate and Microsoft Azure. Additional connectors can be requested separately. Multiple connectors can be used simultaneously covering individual use cases either per country, process or language.

Unlimited Text Translation

Translator Bot provides unlimited text translations, so you can easily translate large volumes (over 5000 characters) at any time. Our solution ensures that the content retains it's original format and look and feel.

Administration and reporting

The no-code interface allows administrators to easily select the tables and fields to translate, which translated languages to make available, and whether logs should be enabled. Translator Bot’s reporting module provides insights on the UX-experience and the volume of translations being consumed across different modules through our Translation caching and Translation Activity Log. With full control you can audit and track information which has been sent to external parties, including when and by which users.
