Beans.ai operates under a Bring Your Own License model. Customers with an existing Beans.ai license can activate this integration without additional licensing through ServiceNow.
The Beans.ai Spoke enables native integration of Beans.ai travel provider capabilities within Field Service Management (FSM) applications. Customers can leverage their existing Beans.ai license to integrate directly into some of FSM applications like Schedule Optimization. Once configured, FSM Schedule Optimization seamlessly utilizes Beans.ai for accurate travel time calculations enhancing scheduling precision and overall optimization performance.
