ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery - Foundation is the core tier of the ServiceNow® Workplace Service Delivery platform, helping organizations to optimize the workspace and deliver digital experiences for employees to interact with the services offered by their workplace. Foundation gives workplace teams the tools they need to accelerate delivery or resolve workplace cases all in one place.
The Foundation bundle includes the following AI functionality:
- Summarize workplace cases to generate concise summaries from key fields and comments
- Upload a picture of a workplace issue to open a case with minimal manual input
This is the initial release.
- Requires ServiceNow Australia release or later
- Required plugins:
- Now Assist for Workplace Service Delivery (WSD)
- AI Agents for Workplace Service Delivery
- Related Workplace Service Delivery plugins enabling the AI capabilities
- The System Admin (admin) role is required to install the application.
