Silobreaker’s bi-directional integration with ServiceNow strengthens collaboration between TI teams and stakeholders, supporting two key workflows:
- Respond to RFIs from ServiceNow directly in Silobreaker – Prioritize RFIs, pivot into relevant intelligence, and extract key entities (e.g. IOCs, malware, vulnerabilities). AI-assisted workflows streamline intelligence extraction, assessment drafting, and response dissemination back to ServiceNow.
- Disseminate Threat Intelligence to ServiceNow teams – Analysts can create Incidents from emerging threats (e.g. supplier breaches, credential leaks, exploited vulnerabilities) and distribute them to stakeholders using customizable business rules for faster remediation.
