Crisis management provides capabilities for Crisis Managers and Business Continuity Managers to periodically exercise plans during normal operations to ensure that plans are up-to-date and accurate. Additionally, Crisis Management provides the capabilities to activate Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans during an actual crisis event.
