Requires Datum CMDB (free), installed automatically as a dependency. Pro reads the free app’s assessment results and extends them with paid diagnostics. Only CMDB structural metadata leaves your instance — never CI contents, user data, or credentials. A Datum CMDB Pro subscription provides your dedicated environment endpoint and API key at onboarding.

Application Runtime Policy
- ServiceNow platform: Yokohama or later
- App dependency: Datum CMDB (free), minimum version 1.0.15 — installed automatically by the ServiceNow Store
- Plugin: Configuration Management For Scoped Apps (CMDB) (com.snc.cmdb.scoped) — required by the free app; active by default on customer instances
- Admin role required for installation and initial configuration
- An active Datum CMDB Pro subscription: EFS Networks provisions your dedicated analysis environment during onboarding and issues your endpoint and API key — enter both under Datum CMDB Pro > Settings (the key is stored encrypted, password2 type)
