The sales agreement management application delivers the capability to generate sales agreements from quotes. It integrates with quote management, pricing management, and order management, and enables the creation of agreement-based pricing on orders.
This application provides the following features:
- Create sales agreements from quotes
- Create related price lists
- Choose agreements on orders and apply agreement-specific price lists on orders
New
- Sales Agreements now support buyer organization, alongside Account and Consumer.
- Buyer Organization and Channel Partner fields added to the Sales Agreement form and list views, referencing active Service Organizations. Sales agreements are auto-populated when generated from a Quote.
- Access is role-based, scoped to authorized members and managers of the Service Organization/Business location.
