This is a Seismic component for the Attach Article Guidance feature. It is used to render the Attach Article Guidance experience in a recommended action or decision tree.
- Enhanced experience for Attach Article Guidance with the ability to view the complete article in the workspace contextual side panel.
- Added additional actions related to Knowledge Base articles. For example, Mark as Helpful, which the agent can select as part of the enhanced experience.
New:
- The total number of search results is displayed in the AI search tab of the Recommended Actions Contextual side panel when Hybrid Search is enabled.
- Guided Decisions - The Guidance app is installed with this application (if not previously installed).
