This is a Seismic component for the Attach Article Guidance feature. It is used to render the Attach Article Guidance experience in a recommended action or decision tree.
- Enhanced experience for Attach Article Guidance with the ability to view the complete article in the workspace contextual side panel.
- Added additional actions related to Knowledge Base articles. For example, Mark as Helpful, which the agent can select as part of the enhanced experience.
New:
- Recommended actions now support the new Attach Knowledge and Relevant Case guidances for AI Search results that surface on CRM workspace.
