Debt Manager: Automate technical debt management by prioritizing key areas, tracking progress, and preventing new debt. (Portal)

QC Best Practice Vault: A repository with nearly 1,000 industry and platform rulesets to ensure all code and configurations follow best practices, preventing security and compliance breaches and technical debt. (Portal + Platform)

What to Expect After Your First Installation

Requesting an App:

Log In: Use your HI credentials to log into the Store.
Request the App: Go to the app listing page and click "Request App".
Approval and Notification: Quality Clouds will review and approve your purchase. You will receive an email to log into the Store and complete the purchase.
Install the App: Once approved, install the app from the Store.

Setting Up:

Access the Portal: You will receive a username and password to access the Quality Clouds portal.
Create an API Connection: Log into the Quality Clouds portal, create an API Key, and connect it to your ServiceNow instance.
Run Your First Platform Scan: Conduct a real time platform scan to get a snapshot of your platform health.
Build an Action Plan: Start building an action plan by adopting Best Practices, introducing Quality Gates and using your Debt Manager to remediate past debt.
Start Using In-Platform Developer Tools: Leverage Livecheck, Peer Review, and other tools from the ServiceNow app to prevent future technical debt, boost speed, learn, and maintain a real-time understanding of platform health.
