Strategic Portfolio Management - Drive business outcomes by defining strategic priorities and associating goals for the organization. Goal Framework enables strategic planning and helps define and construct strategic priorities and associate goals for the organization. This application facilitates personas such as strategy officers, SRO, Enterprise PMO (EPMO), and portfolio managers to track strategy execution by associating work and planning items such as demand, project, and portfolio to their defined goals.

New:
- Select Maintain above, Maintain below, or Maintain constant as the target type when defining a target to track progress based on keeping a value above, below, or within a specified range.
- Progress is now calculated for Maintain-type targets based on the breakdown periods achieved, reflecting partial attainment for each period according to the selected target type.
- Identify goals and targets across teams and views using the new unique identifier columns, which display a distinct number for each record.
Changed:
- Goal and target identifiers now use the OBJ and KR prefixes to align with OKR terminology. A scheduled migration converts existing records from the GOAL and TRGT prefixes, and new records use the updated prefixes.
- Edit the Type field on a target even when actuals exist. A warning appears before the change is saved, and the update is recorded in the audit history.
- Changing the Type field on a target no longer resets the unit of measure. The previously selected unit is retained across all editing surfaces and flows.
- The Type and Unit of measure fields are now synchronized on the Create target window. The unit of measure defaults based on the selected type, reducing confusion during target creation.
Fixed:
- Resolved an issue where creating goal relationships caused errors when the
sn_align_coreplugin was installed without thesn_align_wsplugin.

There are no other plugin requirements. With PPM Standard and Agile Development 2.0/SAFe plugins, work items can be associated with goals.
