ServiceNow® Legal Digital Forensics is a Legal Practice app included with Legal Service Delivery that provides streamlined processes for requesting, assigning, and tracking eDiscovery related queries across the enterprise. Both custodial and non-custodial data sources can be identified. Third-party specialist eDiscovery tools can also integrate with the forensics foundation to provide value-added eDiscovery services.
