The Instance Troubleshooter application enables system administrators to troubleshoot and resolve issues directly within their sub-production or production instance, all without the need to reach out to ServiceNow Customer Support.
The application runs diagnostic checks on common configurations related to a number of products or services on the ServiceNow platform. Findings are then shown on a summary screen along with recommendations to fix them. Action can then be taken to implement the fixes and verify the resolution of the issue.
If the issue is not fixed with the provided information, you can use the troubleshooting summary results to open a case on Now Support.
