Product recommendations helps sales reps find complementary products based on products in quotes and what the customer already owns. Recommended products help reps identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
Product recommendations enable the following:
- Administrators can define upsell and cross-sell recommendations for existing product offers in the catalog.
- Agents can view and upsell or cross-sell recommendations on the transaction to complement and augment the products already added.
Maintenance release. Contains internal code updates with no impact to existing functionality or user-facing behavior.
