This application enables bidirectional integration between Supplier Lifecycle Operations and both SAP ECC and SAP S4 HANA, allowing you to create and update supplier data.
Supplier Lifecycle Operations Integration with SAP includes the following key features:
- Create and update supplier details from ServiceNow to SAP ECC and S4 HANA
- Create and update supplier location from ServiceNow to SAP ECC and S4 HANA
- Create and update payment information from ServiceNow to SAP ECC and S4 HANA
- Create and update legal entity from ServiceNow to SAP ECC and S4 HANA
- Lookup supplier details from SAP ECC and S4 HANA to ServiceNow
- New:
- Added payment method logic in the Create Supplier subflow for SAP ECC RFC.
- Changed:
- Migrated the app to the Fluent app framework.
- Enhanced the connector framework for Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes to improve SAP ERP data integration and synchronization.
