The IdentityBridge ServiceNow Catalog Application provides a unified self-service portal for requesting, approving, and managing access across multiple applications. It enables customers to request new access, modify access, or revoke access for themselves or on behalf of others.
Access is provisioned in the form of roles, entitlements, and access buckets and can be granted for a defined time period. Multiple approval workflows ensure that requests are validated by the appropriate stakeholders (manager, application owner, or information security) depending on the risk level.
The app integrates with the IdentityBridge engine through scheduled synchronization to keep applications, roles, and entitlements current.
1. Multi-Level Approval Workflows
