Built around structured frameworks such as the Logical Framework Approach (Logframe), Impactify connects programs, program cycles, projects, goals, objectives, outputs, activities, indicators, risks, assumptions, and results to provide a clear line of sight from strategy to measurable impact.
Organizations can plan and monitor projects through interactive calendars, manage risks and assumptions through dedicated dashboards, track activities and milestones, maintain supporting documentation, and use role-based dashboards to give stakeholders personalized visibility into the information that matters to them.
Impactify simplifies data management with streamlined import and export capabilities, reusable records, file attachments, powerful 360° search, and centralized project information. Automated workflows and AI-assisted capabilities further reduce administrative effort and help teams efficiently plan, assess, and manage project activities.

A comprehensive dashboard has been introduced to manage and monitor project risks and assumptions. It includes the ability to generate and download reports in file format for offline access and sharing. - Project Calendar Interface

Sorting functionality has been added to list headers including Program, Program Cycle, Project, and Project Goal to improve navigation and data access. - Login Experience & Dashboard: Custom login page with integrated notifications and role-based dashboards.

- Role-Based Dashboards: Once authenticated, users are redirected to dashboards specific to their roles for a personalized view.
- Sign-Up Form: New users can register via the built-in sign-up interface, enabling access based on predefined roles and approvals.
- Portal Access: End users can access the Impactify portal using the following link: https://<instance-url>.com/impactify. After login, users will be redirected to the Impactify Home Page, where they can begin interacting with relevant modules and dashboards based on their assigned role.
Enhancements
- Advanced Filters and Sorting for Header Fields
The filter, sorting, and search functionalities have been enhanced for header fields such as Program, Program Cycle, Project, and Project Goal to ensure better usability and faster record location.
