Now Assist for AI Risk and Compliance consists of generative AI (Gen AI) and agentic AI features that improve productivity, team coordination, and overall efficiency when using AI Control Tower.
- Issue summarization: Use this generative AI skill to analyze the issue records, including the description, activity log, and remediation tasks, and generate a concise summary that captures the essential information needed.
- Recommendation of similar control objectives: Use the control objective rationalization skill to identify redundant or overlapping control objectives.
- Risk assessment summarization: Use the Now LLM Service to generate risk assessment summaries from inherent, residual, and target risks and control effectiveness data. These summaries highlight key factors and relevant comments, helping assessors and approvers gain actionable insights.
- Common control objective creation: Use this feature to create a common control objective by summarizing duplicate control objectives from the rationalization process.
- The issue submission AI agent is now available in Employee Center, enabling employee users to report issues through a guided conversational experience. The agent helps structure the issue and recommends relevant controls, entities, and policies based on the input provided. This ensures that the issue is well-defined and enriched with contextual information before submission.
