The ServiceNow GRC Virtual Agent is an intelligent assistant that improves the user experience for employees, addressing experiences that slow down work. Employees are guided through the process of making standard requests from reporting a risk event to requesting a policy exception with simple prompts in plain English. They can conveniently gain access to the virtual agent chatbot from the Service Portal.
