Standalone Application
The Expanded Model and Asset Classes application is the single source for all new, out-of-the-box, expanded model classes, asset classes, and model categories defined by ServiceNow. Installation of the Asset Management (com.snc.asset_management) plugin is a prerequisite for this application.

- Created a new Multimedia Production Equipment General model category that is associated with the
cmdb_ci_multimedia_production_equipmentCI class.
- Added a new Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) model category with the following configuration. Please note that the CI class already exists, but this is to align with the enterprise architecture standard:

- Renamed the UPS model category Uninterruptible Power Supply to distinguish it from an existing duplicate UPS model category.
