- Incident Alerts allows ServiceNow users to configure filters that determine whether specific incidents are sent to Everbridge or xMatters for automated notification and incident response tasks. By setting criteria based on incident attributes like priority and status, this feature ensures timely and appropriate handling of notifications and responses, enhancing overall efficiency and effectiveness in incident management.
- Actions enables users to create actions linked to specific record types, controlled by user roles. When triggered, these actions initiate custom automated integration workflows within xMatters, sending related record information. Actions can include a customizable form for user input or be formless, always ensuring relevant data is sent to the xMatters integration workflow.
