The multi-case creation framework allows for the creation of multiple child cases for separate entities under a parent entity.
Use Case - Retail: This framework is used for executing tasks such as inventory counting or product price changes in retail, where each store needs to perform a similar set of tasks to achieve an objective. It enables seamless two-way communication and visibility between HQ and subordinate entities, delivering an excellent customer experience while enhancing staff productivity and reducing costs.
