The Citrix ITSM plug-in for ServiceNow provides an easy way to extend ServiceNow’s capabilities into your Citrix infrastructure. While virtual app and desktop (Citrix Workspace) delivery allows organizations to be more flexible and end-users more productive with anywhere, any device access, this new plug-in further enhances the capabilities of Citrix environments with ServiceNow integration. With out-of-the-box workflows, along with the ability to create custom workflows, IT teams can now can automate, monitor and manage their Citrix environments, allowing them to focus on strategic projects while automating minor tasks.
- Allow ServiceNow end users & admin to log off from a selected session, perform VDA power management, reset user profile
- Allow ServiceNow end users to request specified desktops and applications
- Allow the integration with ServiceNow Virtual Agent for reset sessions or request desktop/applications.
- Allow ServiceNow administrators to add MCS-created machines to a machine catalog, or reclaim VDI resources.
- Allow ServiceNow administrators to monitor alerts and notifications (from Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops,Citrix Cloud, and ADM respectively) and create incidents for specified assignees to follow up
- Allow ServiceNow administrators to customize workflows by using Citrix-developed custom activities
- Allow ServiceNow administrators to run PowerShell in Citrix DaaS environment by using Citrix-developed custom activities
- Allow ServiceNow administrators to access Citrix ITSM tables, such as License info,VDA info, Machine Catalog, Delivery Group, Published Desktops/Applications
