The Innovation Proposal module allows to collect and evaluate ideas from the company employees, in order to strengthen entrepreneurship and spread a corporate culture oriented towards innovation.
Members of the organization can submit their ideas both spontaneously (to propose not only new products and services, but also simple improvements to the current situation in any area) and in a timely manner to answer to specific internal challenges. All proposals then get in a structured evaluation flow through which internal users with specific roles can express evaluations and give opinions regarding the solutions collected.

First Version of Idea Management application is being released. It focuses on managing innovations in an organization by helping innovators, managements to document, track, report and work on Ideas for innovation in systematic manner using creater workflows. The application is custom solution dedicated for Innovation Management in an organization.
- The application is developed on Xanadu release and uses custom scope for operating on ServiceNow instances.
- It leverages platform features and functionalities which forms the core of ServiceNow instance and is compatible and can run in isolation on ServiceNow instance.
- It uses custom tables, email engine, reporting module and core platform utilies to generate records.
- The application is available for download using plugin manager on ServiceNow instances.
- Separate system administration and user guides have been included to support configuration and use.
The application consumes custom tables and is compatible with Xanadu and upcoming releases. The following are system requirements for running the application.

- Employee Service Center should be active on the ServiceNow instance
