The Novaworks Total Workforce Management Platform is the shared foundation beneath every Nova application on ServiceNow. It provides shared configuration, event publishing, and the secure connection between your ServiceNow instance and Novaworks AI agents, so each Nova app installs cleanly and works the same way.
Install it once and every Nova application you add, from Nova Core HR to Nova HR Concierge and Nova Worker Document Management, inherits the same security model and shared settings. Administrators get one place to manage that configuration instead of repeating setup for each app.
