Journey designer brings together the power of Lifecycle Events and the flexibility of Journey Accelerator, so that employees and managers have one unified experience for curating and navigating a journey.
Admins build journey configurations for employee transitions such as onboarding, offboarding, leaves of absence, career growth, and more. Managers create and modify their own journeys for team members. They can also add recommended learning (powered by machine learning) and send personalized emails to their employees from the journey.
Admins can assign owners and approvers to plan configurations. The assigned owners can access the plan configurations as ‘journey templates’ in Employee Center and add task templates and stages. They can submit changes for approval. This will allow for the right owners (ex: the sales department training group) to have control of the journey content, without relying on the admin.
From the Journey designer application, administrators can:
- Use the Journey designer admin console to get an intuitive experience consolidating Lifecycle events, Journey Accelerator and Journey Designer features for seamless configuration and management

- Set up actionable notifications using Virtual Assistant (requires VA plugin)
