ServiceNow® Now Assist for Legal Service Delivery (LSD) enables generative AI capabilities to streamline legal work by summarizing legal requests and matters to boost legal team's productivity and deliver faster resolution for employees. It also enables Now Assist Q&A Genius Results that generates actionable answers from Knowledge article results in Employee Center, Legal Counsel Center and global search.
The Now Assist in Legal Service Delivery (LSD) application has the following features:
- Now Assist Admin console:
- Business user-friendly interface supporting configuration and activation of Now Assist for Legal Service Delivery (LSD) features.
- Enables Admins to review the Legal Request and Matter summarization skills and activate it. They can optionally create a copy of the skills and make modifications in order to meet their summarization related requirements.
- Enables in-house counsel and legal teams to generate a quick and concise summary of legal requests and matters, and know about the details, actions taken, and resolution offered.
- Enables Now Assist Q&A Genius Results that generate actionable answers from Knowledge article results in Employee Center, Legal Counsel Center and global search.
