Starting from with the ServiceNow® AI Platform Australia release in May 2026, Performance Analytics Content Pack for Agile 2.0 is being prepared for future deprecation. It will be hidden and no longer activated on new instances but will continue to be supported.
The Performance Analytics Content Pack for Agile 2.0 provides dashboards for the ServiceNow Agile Development 2.0 application. These are designed to provide measurable insights into the way you plan and execute software development work. Dashboards are included for Scrum Teams, Sprints, Releases, and Epics.
Performance Analytics Content Pack for Agile 2.0 includes the following key features:
- Burndown charts for Sprints and Releases with forecasts on all series and drill-downs to scope change details
