Panorays Integration for Third Party Risk Management continuously synchronizes third-party cyber risk ratings, external attack surface telemetry, and risk insights from Panorays directly into ServiceNow TPRM. It gives risk operations and vendor management teams real-time visibility into supplier security postures to accelerate risk mitigation and automate vendor governance.
- Automated Data Synchronization: Automatically syncs supplier information, vendor contacts, risk insights, and posture checks from Panorays into ServiceNow TPRM using scheduled import jobs or on-demand execution.
- Panorays Supplier Analytics Dashboard: Displays collected supplier security data in graphical formats with hoverable counts and quick links to core supplier tables.
- Vendor Risk Panorays View: Integrates directly into the ServiceNow vendor view to show overall Panorays TPRM scores alongside category-wise breakdown scores.
- Automatic Tier & Status Mapping: Translates Panorays business impact ratings directly into ServiceNow Vendor Tiers and maps insight statuses directly into risk assessment states.
- Guided Setup Module: Features an interactive setup assistant in ServiceNow to configure API credentials, set base URLs, and run or schedule imports.
