Employees can self-serve across multi-department workflows from within Microsoft Outlook or other Microsoft 365 apps supporting add-ins.
- Extensible framework to invoke multi-department service workflows in Employee Center embedded in Microsoft Outlook through loading any catalog form, loading any form for insert/update operation or navigating to any link.
- Support for messages and appointments in read and compose mode.
- Configurable field mapping for which message/appointment fields to copy and auto-populate in form.
Employees can access any catalog form in Employee Center and submit requests within Microsoft Outlook. Additionally, they can load any ServiceNow form or navigate to a link in Employee Center.
Admins can provide configuration for mapping data from an email or appointment to a ServiceNow catalog or form.
