The application enables generation of customer contracts and entitlements and management of the commercial changes through their lifecycle.
The Contracts and Entitlements Workflows application enables:
- Creating new customer contracts and entitlements for managing subscriptions and post-sales services.
- Managing lifecycle changes, amendments, renewals, and cancellations.
New:
- Support for auto generating renewal opportunity and quote at different times
- Auto syncing of new lines on contract to existing renewal opportunity and quote
- Early renewal workflow to automate termination of existing customer contract and renewing before the standard renewal date
- Modify workflow enhancements to support calculation of upsell/down-sell amounts by capturing effective date for quantity modifications, and updating dates on subscriptions accordingly
- Enhancements to support renewal of subscriptions with price and quantity ramps
