ServiceNow® Workplace Calendar Synchronization ensures employees are kept up to date with room reservations across their enterprise calendar provider to eliminate potential conflicts. The application enables you to configure and sync workplace items, requests and reservations with common enterprise calendar providers and ServiceNow® Workplace Reservation Management.
To automatically install all the Workplace Service Delivery applications at once, download the ServiceNow® Workplace Service Delivery Suite.
- Show availability of rooms in both Workplace Reservation Management and enterprise calendar providers (Current release only supports Microsoft Exchange Online, Microsoft Exchange On-Premises, and Google Calendar. Hybrid Exchange environments are not supported).
- View reservations created or updated in Workplace Reservation Management as invitations in the employees' calendar provider and add attendees.
- Manage spaces and use existing reporting tools to understand demand directly from the Workplace Reservation Management application.
