Integration
AI agents that work 24/7 to deliver CMA-quality ServiceNow solutions.
Organizations that use Echelon AI need a secure, simple way to connect Echelon to their ServiceNow instance. The Echelon AI Connector provides that connection using ServiceNow's native OAuth 2.0 framework.
- Echelon can authenticate to the instance and store and automate Echelon chat results directly as ServiceNow records, giving administrators visibility into Echelon activity without leaving ServiceNow
- Outbound REST Message to the Echelon task API
- Role-based access
- Ready-to-use Scheduled Prompts
Release Notes: v1.0.9 (Initial Release)
This is the first release of the EchelonAI Connector for ServiceNow.
What's included:
- OAuth 2.0 client-credentials connection between ServiceNow and Echelon AI, in both directions
- Task Definition and Task Log tables that store each Echelon chat and its turns, including file attachments, as ServiceNow records
- Three sample Scheduled Prompts (Daily P1 Incident Summary, Weekly KB Gap Analysis, Weekly Change Risk Report), installed inactive
- REST Message for sending prompts to the Echelon task API
- Application role x_100t_echelonai.admin and ACLs on both tables
- Navigator links to Scheduled Prompts, Task Definitions, Task Logs, App Privacy Policy, App Security & Compliance, and Support
