This application conducts assessments for various Now Assist functionalities, including AI Search, Virtual Agent, IT Service Management (ITSM), and Customer Service Management (CSM) and also Agentic AI usecases in ITSM and CSM space. It also employs advanced prompts and generative AI algorithms to answer critical questions that facilitate the implementation of Now Assist.

It also evaluates knowledge management by assessing article counts, categories, group restrictions, and top searches or articles viewed.
