The order case playbook plugin helps customers create order cases using a guided experience from the playbook within the self-service portal
- Enable customers to directly create an order case in the self-service portal using a direct navigation menu path.
- Enable customers to create an order case based on scope of request (i.e., multiple orders, specific order)
- View pre-defined activity steps within the playbook and let customers enter minimal information
- Enable customers to modify quantity, start date, and shipping locations for orders that have issues
- Automatically generate order case lines for each of the corresponding orders and order lines based on the scope of the request
- View the status of order case once submitted
