Starting with the Zurich release, ERP Semantic Mining is being prepared for future deprecation. It will be hidden and no longer activated on new instances but will continue to be supported. There is no replacement for this application.
The ServiceNow® ERP Semantic Mining product enables you to identify customizations and recommend candidates for re-platforming from an ERP system onto the ServiceNow AI Platform®. It was enhanced and updated in the Zurich release.

The name of the ERP Customization Mining application has been changed to ERP Semantic Mining.
