A new weekly content download job has been introduced for HAM that automatically pulls Lifecycle code data from the CDS server and pushes it into the sn_hamp_lifecycle_code table, keeping asset lifecycle information current without manual intervention.
Both HAM and EAM now include a new "Found but not in Audit Scope" bucket in audit results, giving users clearer categorization of assets discovered during audits that fall outside the defined audit scope.
When an agent scans assets during a location audit, the child location is now automatically updated in real time, reducing manual data corrections after scanning sessions.
Admin role references across common functionalities have been replaced with more granular roles, improving security posture and enabling finer control over user permissions. Alongside this, the roles inventory_user, inventory_admin, and sn_eam.asset_technician have been removed from ACLs on the common audit table (sn_itam_common_asset_audit), and the read ACL on Audits has been updated to include Scanned Assets.
Asset groups and child assets are now excluded from the additional assets list for work order plans, preventing duplicate or unintended asset associations. The label on sn_itam_common_m2m_shipment_asset has also been updated from "Shipment Assets" to "Shipment Lines" for improved clarity.
Common and update files have been migrated to align with updated plugin structure standards.
