Integration
The Xapien application integrates Xapien's AI-powered background due diligence platform directly into ServiceNow as a standalone scoped application. The application provides a dedicated Xapien Workspace for screening organisations and individuals - covering financial crime, sanctions, adverse media, governance risks, and related parties.
Once installed and configured with an active Xapien API credential, users can initiate screening requests, review identity candidates, generate and view due diligence reports, and store risk scores - all within the ServiceNow platform.
