A front-end, user-friendly application that allows contract staff to start a new contractor onboarding application and upload all necessary documentation. Within the application portal, users can view their submitted application, the status, and where it is in the approval process, upload additional documents if requested by the approving office, and submit inquiries to the approving office. End users can view BI reports to understand the status of various onboarding applications. The app will provide report designers the ability to create self-service reports* and provide detailed information on all the onboarding applications. The app will have the ability to setup various security groups** and assign different roles to various users. Users can submit messages through the app it will automatically notify recipients via email.
* Self-service reports - As an example, an agency can track the number of employees a particular contractor onboarded within 60 days to track the (Busines Intelligence) metrics.
** Security group could be the COR, security team, IT team. An agency can assign roles to these different groups for approvals.
