A ServiceNow-instance dashboard for customer admins to see how their AI Workflow Factory Prime SKU credits are being consumed. It aggregates raw usage from each capability's DEF ID (records, users, lanes, instances), applies the MDM-hosted rate card to convert usage into funds, and shows both per-capability burn and total funds remaining against the customer's purchased pool.
- Overall usage view: shows total credits entitled, credits used, and credits remaining.
- Usage trend chart: shows credit usage over time, with selectable time ranges.
- Capability breakdown: shows usage, rate, credits, and time window for each capability.
- Self-verification: customers can check a figure against the source data using a linked KB article.
- Transparency notes: the dashboard flags when a figure is incomplete or how a capability is charged.
- Export report: lets customers download their usage data.
