The Now Assist context menu uses the power of AI to help your team write more efficiently in emails, chat messages, and knowledge base (KB) articles. It can create and edit written content from any application or field in a ServiceNow workspace where the Now Assist context menu is enabled.
Now Assist context currently offers:
- Suggested text: When Now Assist has context, it can provide a first draft or response suggestion.
- Elaborate: After an initial draft is written by either Now Assist or an agent, Now Assist can add more details.
- Shorten: After an initial draft is written by either Now Assist or an agent, Now Assist can reduce the number of words.
- Change tone: Select between Casual, formal, and sympathetic tone to customize the tone of your draft.

- Granular Feedback: Enabled support for more detailed and specific feedback options.
- Call to Action Classification: Introduced a new classification for "Call to Action" that supports multiple action types.
- Flyout in Refine Action Dropdown: Introduced a flyout menu in the refine action dropdown button for better user navigation.
- Tone Change Prompt: Added a new prompt to enable tone adjustments for selected or drafted text.
