It includes an agentic workflow that acts as an incident investigator, streamlining the process of identifying related incidents. By analyzing knowledge base articles, it recommends actions based on its findings and even offers to create those actions on behalf of the Health and Safety user.
The Health and Safety incident investigator agentic workflow does the following within the 'Create actions for safety incidents' use case:
- Gathers required context related to the safety incident
- Verifies the collected information in the order of highest matching content
- Drafts an action plan and presents it to the team member
