AI Agents for Health and Safety enhances your ServiceNow® Health and Safety Now Assist experience. It includes agentic workflows that acts as an incident investigator and a case agent, streamlining the process of identifying related incidents and cases. By analyzing knowledge base articles and historical records, it recommends actions based on its findings and even offers to create those actions on behalf of the Health and Safety user.
The Health and Safety Incident Investigator agentic workflow does the following within the 'Create actions for safety incidents' use case:
- Gathers required context related to the safety incident
- Verifies the collected information in the order of highest matching content
- Drafts an action plan and presents it to the team member
- Upon direction from the team member, creates the action items for the incident
- Integrates with Incident Pattern Analysis (part of Now Assist for Health and Safety) so you can create suggested actions for the identified patterns
The Health and Safety Case Analyzer agent supports faster case resolution by:
- Gathering information from similar historical cases and their related actions
- Gathering knowledge from relevant Knowledge Articles
- Drafting a list of suggested actions
- User can request creation of any suggested actions in the Now Assist chat
