The Third-party/Vendor Portal provides a tailor-made and secure experience for organizations to interact with their third parties. Through the Portal, third-party contacts can respond to assessments, resolve issues, perform tasks, and maintain a trail of all communication without the need to grant third-party access to the platform.
The third-party/vendor portal includes the following features:
- An online tour to provide navigation assistance and FAQs for third parties
- Visual indicators in assessments that identify questions with issues already defined
- Support for verification and validation providers that can aid in automating third-party risk activities
- Support for common third-party use cases - respond to assessments, resolve issues, perform tasks, and communicate with the customer
- The ability for third parties to log in using SSO
