The application is designed to enable integration between ServiceNow and Kanbanize tool to provide better visibility in the teamwork for a different projects. Kanbanize is an online Portfolio Kanban software for Lean Management. Kanban boards, flow analytics and automation bring visibility and help to deliver on time.
By enabling the integration application, it’s possible to better plan the work and allocate resources. Kanbanize integration App helps to bring ServiceNow tickets to Kanbanize boards to have visibility into the current state and team/individual workload.
The application provides flexible way to configure what type of tickets and attributes should be integrated with Kanbanize. A new type of ticket can be added at any time using configuration interface.

The application works with Task-based entities. So, it requires ITSM or ITBM module installed, depending on the use case (i.e. what type of tasks should be integrated with Kanbanize).
