From Admin Center, admins can
- Mark assignment groups as WFO groups
- Add or remove managers and members from WFO groups
- Add or revoke application access to WFO groups and managers
- Ability to mark assignment groups as WFO groups
- Ability to add or remove members from WFO groups
- Ability to add or remove managers from WFO groups
- Ability to add or revoke application access to WFO groups and mangers
- Most of the pages on the admin center contains, FAQs and other helpful links to successfully setup Workforce Optimization for ITSM
