The T-Systems Supply Chain Transparency Suite enables a central contract repository for collaboration and documentation, thus allowing end-to-end management of contractual obligations with suppliers, in compliance with LkSG. The offering helps set up highly adaptable auditing and de-risking workflows, through which each supplier globally is initially and permanently checked with AI-powered contract analysis of the obligations and the ability to remotely inspect using AR. Contractual agreements (such as the declaration of principle on respecting human rights required by the LkSG) and certificates or audits are combined with information from existing systems (e.g. for purchasing) in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
Results/Outcomes:
- Review and audit suppliers: A self-service kiosk for global commercial audit programs to closely review every new registered supplier and continuously monitor and optimize the global supplier portfolio.
- Manage contractual obligations: Enabling employees to manage contractually agreed obligations of suppliers and streamline the end-to-end process in the supply chain’s certification.
- Automated adaptable de-risking workflows: Through a delivery-ready blueprint comprising VRM on ServiceNow cloud, T-Systems’ partner solutions, and pre-configured workflows.
