Guest Walk-up Experience for Customer Service enables unauthenticated customers to use the portal to view available slots and book walk-up appointments online before visiting a store, branch, service center, or other walk-up locations. Customers can book an appointment without registering or logging in to the portal after verifying their email.
This app extends the Walk-up Experience for Customer Service application and is required to enable unauthenticated appointment booking. Without it, users must first log into the portal to view and book walk-up appointments. Walk-up Experience for Customer Service allows companies to manage in-store interactions with customers, display customer queue position on a heads up display, use the CSM Walk-up Experience dashboard, and capture customer satisfaction.
