- Manage temporary space closures -- When a case arises and maintenance needs to be performed, meetings need to be re-located while the work is performed. AI agents provide a seamless meeting transition experience during maintenance cases, automating the search for available meeting spaces, adjusting the reservable status of rooms, and delivering timely updates to all stakeholders about meeting changes.
- Help manage workplace reservations -- Support Event Planners with information and actions to automatically reschedule events happening in the workplace. AI agents help to search for and validate alternative event options, reallocate services quickly to adapt to changes, and automate guest registration and check-in processes while keeping hosts informed.
- Cleaning Schedule Optimization -- Optimize (cancel or create) cases part of maintenance plans based on expected attendance. AI Agents review the number of employees and visitors expected during the day, create additional maintenance cases when the expected attendance is high or cancel them when it is low, while keeping minimum cases to retain the base service.
