Forms are published to the ServiceNow Service Catalog via record producers for self-service intake, and the entire application is governed by role-based access through the Application Admin and Form Configurator roles with least-privilege cross-scope controls.

This first release delivers end-to-end form automation: guided Service Portal wizards with dynamic required, read-only, and visible field rules capture data accurately, while one-click PDF generation fills and flattens the official government AcroForm and attaches the finished document directly to the record — with optional filing against a related record. AXIST includes a complete form lifecycle model with effective-dated versions and a single guaranteed active version per form, self-service intake through the Service Catalog via record producers, and role-based governance through the Application Admin and Form Configurator roles with least-privilege cross-scope access. Government form definitions and PDF templates are pre-loaded on install and upgrade, so your team can begin submitting forms immediately. AXIST requires PDF Generator Utilities (sn_pdfgeneratorutils); note that XFA-based forms are rendered as standard flattened AcroForm PDFs.
