FedEx Dataworks Supplier Risk Intelligence delivers an automated view of supplier risk based on historical FedEx data. Within ServiceNow’s Supplier Lifecycle Operations (SLO), the full integration adds a built-in Risk Assessment step during Supplier Onboarding and automated performance KPIs in the Performance and KPI management workflows.
